Coligada definition

Coligada significa (a) com relação a qualquer Pessoa (i) qualquer outra Pessoa que direta ou indiretamente Controle, seja Controlada ou esteja sob Controle comum com essa primeira Pessoa, (ii) especificamente no caso da Vendedora, qualquer outra Pessoa que seja um conselheiro, diretor, sócio ou acionista dessa primeira Pessoa ou de qualquer outra Pessoa que direta ou indiretamente Controle, seja Controlada ou esteja sob Controle comum com essa primeira Pessoa, (iii) se ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ física, seus Familiares.
