First Tranche Funds definition
First Tranche Funds means the sum of $1,750,050.04 of the Purchaser’s Subscription Funds payable on the First Closing Date;
First Tranche Funds means $475,000;
Examples of First Tranche Funds in a sentence
The Company agrees that it will pay Libra Finance, S.A. a cash fee equal to 2% of the First Tranche Funds and the Second Tranche Funds on the Closing Date and Second Closing Date (as defined in Section 12.1 of this Agreement) directly out of the funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement or other escrow agreement to be entered into in connection with the Second Closing.
For purposes of this Section 11.4, the First Tranche Funds and Second Tranche Funds are allocated to the First Tranche Shares and Second Tranche Shares, respectively.
