  • The Persons required to provide such Lien waivers and/or releases are (i) the Architect, (ii) the Contractor, and (iii) each of the Subcontractors (including, without limitation, all such materialmen), whether such Subcontractors are first-tier subcontractors in direct privity of contract with Contractor (each, a “First-Tier-Sub”) or lower-tier sub-Subcontractors in privity of contract with any First-Tier-Sub or with any other lower-tier sub-Subcontractor.
