First Team definition

First Team means the Club’s men’s first XI.
First Team means the men's first XI team representing the Club from time to time;
First Team level means a Member School’s registered first [top] team squad playing in any of the sports listed in Rule 4.1 irrespective of the division they play in. A ‘squad’ shall be the maximum number of players’ eligible to be registered in that code at an NZSSSC sanctioned competition or tournament.

Examples of First Team in a sentence

  • The team manager may consider it desirable on occasions to omit regular First Team players and select the team from the full playing squad.

  • The Club does not guarantee that the team for the Match will necessarily only be selected from the Club’s regular First Team players.

  • A Player registered on a Youth Loan may, provided it is agreed between the two clubs and the Player, continue to train with and/or play for his loaning Club (or club) in any match other than matches played as part of the Premier League Competition, Football League Competition, Football League Cup, FA Cup or Football League Trophy (i.e. First Team matches.) Participation by the Player in First Team matches for the borrowing Club shall take precedence.

  • A Club must have regular use of an enclosed ground where all home First Team League matches are played, where a charge for admission and the attendance must be taken in all matches in the Competition.

  • The Club does not guarantee that the team for any particular Match will necessarily only be selected from the Club’s regular First Team players.

  • There will be 18 players selected to the All-Conference First Team and 18 to the All-Conference Second Team.

  • If there is a tie for First Team, the number of players selected for Second Team will be reduced accordingly.

  • Votes will be counted and the eighteen (18) players with the most votes will be All-Conference First Team.

  • Any Club with more than one Team in the Competition shall always fulfil its fixture, within the Competition, in the following order of precedence:- First Team, Reserve Team, A Team.

  • In the case of a tie between a First Team selection and a Second Team selection, this award will be awarded to the First Team recipient.Coach of the Year All coaches will be nominated for Coach of the Year.

Related to First Team

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
