First Supply definition

First Supply. Start Date means the first 1st of April 2012.
First Supply means a quantity of solid fuel supplied in the State that has not been previously supplied in the State.
First Supply are to First Goods And Materials Supply And Sales Corporation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this clause may only be applicable if the First Supply Year Commencement Date occurs after the date of this Agreement.

  • Such requesting Party shall not contact any of the other Party’s CMOs or enter into any agreements with such existing and back-up or alternative CMOs to Manufacture Licensed Products (or Components) on the requesting Party’s behalf, except as may be permitted above, coordinated through the Joint Manufacturing Committee or permitted under the Mersana Supply Agreement, First Supply Chain Supply Agreements or Mutual Secondary Supply Agreements.

  • Prior to Soy Energy providing Seller with the Performance Notice and during the period of time from the Performance Notice to the First Supply Date, Seller shall have the right to sell Corn Oil on the open market at prices and on terms and conditions acceptable to Seller.

  • Customer Contracts In accordance with the applicable KPIs, the Supplier shall issue each Existing Customer with an Electricity Products Customer Contract prior to the First Supply Start Date and the Parties shall co-operate and do such things (including procuring the Customers to do such things) as are reasonably required to ensure that each Existing Customer executes an Electricity Products Customer Contract as soon as possible after the Effective Date and in any event by the First Supply Start Date.

  • The Delivered Prices payable by the Buyer in the First Supply Year shall be the Delivered Prices specified in Schedule 1 adjusted in accordance with the Delivered Price Review Mechanism on the first day of January and the first day of July in each year prior to the First Supply Year.
