First submission date definition
First submission date means the June 1 before the beginning of a fiscal year in which a nonprofit institution of higher education requests a distribution of matching funds under the Program.

Submission Date means the date on which You Submit a Contribution to Us.
Bid Submission Date means the last date by which the City will accept Bids for an Invitation For Bid.
Admission Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.06.
