Previous Owner transfers any and all rights under the Module Warranty and Reclamation Agreement with First Solar to the New Owner.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, effective upon First Solar’s removal of the Modules from the Registered Site, (a) ownership of the Modules will transfer to First Solar, automatically and without the need for any further assignment, b▇▇▇ of sale or other instrument or action, and (b) Owner will have no further liability or obligation with regard to the Modules.
