First Priority Security Documents definition

First Priority Security Documents means each agreement or document granting or purporting to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇ on any Common Collateral to secure First Priority Obligations.
First Priority Security Documents means the First Priority Debt Agreement, the First Priority Security Agreement and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted by any Grantor to secure any First Priority Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.
First Priority Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the First Priority Agreement, and any other documents that are designated under the First Priority Agreement as “First Priority Security Documents” for purposes of this Agreement.

More Definitions of First Priority Security Documents

First Priority Security Documents means the “Security Documents” (as defined in the Existing First Priority Agreement), and any other documents that are designated under the First Priority Agreement as “First Priority Security Documents” for purposes of this Agreement; provided that no document that is not entered into pursuant to the Existing First Priority Agreement will constitute a First Priority Security Document unless the treatment of such document as a First Priority Security Document is permitted under each First Priority Agreement then extant, including, as of the date hereof and any other date if then extant, the Existing First Priority Agreement.
First Priority Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the First Priority Notes Indentures.
First Priority Security Documents means the Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted securing First-Priority Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
First Priority Security Documents means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the First Priority Agreement, and any other documents pursuant to which a Lien is granted to the First Priority Creditor for the benefit of the First Priority Secured Parties.

First Priority Security Documents means, collectively, the New Mortgage, the First Priority Collateral Trust Agreement, the Restricted Subsidiary pledge agreements, and all other documents hereafter delivered to the First Priority Collateral Trustee that secure or guarantee, or grant a Lien on any Property of any Person to secure or guarantee, the First Priority Obligations, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
