First Plan Supplement definition
First Plan Supplement means the compilation of documents and forms of documents, schedules and exhibits to the Plan, as set forth in Article I(C), which shall be filed no later than one (1) week prior to the Voting Deadline (i.e., September 14, 2020).
First Plan Supplement means the Plan Supplement for the Debtors’ Joint Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, filed with the Bankruptcy Court on September 11, 2015 at Bankruptcy Court Docket No. 146.
