First Performance Notice definition

First Performance Notice means a notice given in accordance with Clause 14.1(d);
First Performance Notice means a notice given in accordance with Clause 12.1(d);

Examples of First Performance Notice in a sentence

  • The Company will have 14 days (or such other shorter or longer period as the CIB may specify) from the date of the First Notification Letter, to make written representations to the CIB in respect thereof and/or to address the matters specified in the First Performance Notice.

  • In this connection, it should be noted that the steps involved require a First Notification Letter, followed by a First Performance Notice, followed, if necessary, by a Second Performance Letter and, if required, a Second Performance Notice.

Related to First Performance Notice

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
