First Patient Dosed definition
First Patient Dosed means in respect of any Clinical Trial, the date on which the relevant initial dose of the Licensed Product or a placebo is administered to the first patient in the applicable Clinical Trial.
First Patient Dosed means, with respect to particular clinical trial of a given Covered Licensed Product, the first administration to a patient in such clinical trial of (a) such Covered Licensed Product; (b) another active pharmaceutical ingredient for the treatment of the same indication as such Covered Licensed Product; or (c) a placebo for such Covered Licensed Product.
