The Tenant Unit Purchase Option may be exercised only during the first sixty (60) days after the First Option Date and the Second Option Date respectively, by written notice to the Landlord from the Tenant (“Tenant’s Option Notice”).

Throughout the Term following the First Option Date and Landlord’s delivery of the first Phase, Tenant shall use and occupy the Premises and the Improvements for the Permitted Use, and for no other purposes whatsoever.
