Deputy Minister means the Deputy Minister of the Ministry.
relevant Minister means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office;
the Minister means the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform;
Minister means the Minister in the Government of the State for the time being responsible for the administration of the Act to ratify this Agreement and pending the passing of that Act means the Minister for the time being designated in a notice from the State to the Company and includes the successors in office of the Minister;
Ministers means the Scottish Ministers,
Anadromous fish means fish that spawn in fresh water and mature in the marine environment.
Council of Ministers means the Council of Ministers of the Community established by Article 9 of the Treaty;
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
Indigenous Peoples Plan or “IPP” means any of the plans prepared and carried out following the requirements of the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework.
Black People is a generic term which means Africans, Coloureds and Indians;
Embalmer means any person engaged in the practice of embalming.
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;
Nodal Ministry means the Ministry or Department identified pursuant to this order in respect of a particular item of goods or services or works.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;
ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/sp.
Culinary water authority means the department, agency, or public entity with
parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;
Provincial Minister means the member of the Cabinet of the Province of Western Cape responsible for local government;
responsible Minister , in relation to a scheme, means the Minister to whom the administration of the relevant scheme Act is for the time being committed by the Governor;
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;
Member of the University Community means students, faculty, or staff, or other persons affiliated with the University.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Factors Beyond the HSP’s Control include occurrences that are, in whole or in part, caused by persons, entities or events beyond the HSP’s control. Examples may include, but are not limited to, the following:
