First Inspection definition

First Inspection shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
First Inspection means the first inspection, performed by or on behalf of the FDA, of the [*] Facility in connection with the Qualification thereof;
First Inspection means the initial inspection performed by the Court’s Representative when the TMSC’s work on the project is nearly complete.
