Employees who fail to report to their detail duty will be reprimanded in the following manner: • First Infraction - Written warning • Second Infraction in a Calendar Year - One (1) month suspension from future details.
All employees who are required to wear or use protective safety equipment or devices in the performance of duties will be subject to the following progressive remedies for failure to wear or use said safety items: First Infraction: A warning letter with copy to be filed in employee's personnel folder.
Thereafter, discipline shall be as follows: First Infraction Oral Warning Second Infraction Written Warning Third Infraction Suspension Fourth Infraction Termination Tardiness and absence from work shall be considered different infractions for the purpose of determining progressive discipline.
