First Handover definition
First Handover. [has the meaning given in the Delivery Specification] First Handover Date means the date that Powerlink determines, acting reasonably, that the Owner has met the requirements for First Handover. First Practical Completion Date means the date that Powerlink, acting reasonably, certifies in writing that the Owner has met the requirements for Second Handover.
First Handover has the meaning given in item 4 of Schedule 2.
Examples of First Handover in a sentence
After the First Handover Date, Powerlink and the Owner must undertake Site Acceptance Testing of the Owner Assets in accordance with the Delivery Specification.
