First Full Calendar Year definition
First Full Calendar Year means the first full calendar year of the Trust following the Series C Conversion Date.
First Full Calendar Year means the period commencing on the January 1st following the date of the First Commercial Sale of the Product in the Collaborator Territory and ending on December 31st of such Calendar Year. For example, if the First Commercial Sale of the Product occurs in August 2021, the First Full Calendar Year begins on January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2022.
