First Field Application definition
First Field Application or “FFA” means the Services that are provided in connection with the Software being passed from the Labs to the Network (as Network is defined [**]’s or any of its Affiliates’ 4G mobile networks deployed in the Territory, and used by [**] or any of such Affiliates to provide mobile services to subscribers of said network) and deployed in a limited capacity as detailed in Appendix A in order to ascertain whether the Software meets contractually established criteria.
First Field Application means the first installation of Software in AT&T's live network.

There will be an Evaluation Period after First Field Application to evaluate performance of the Software.
Acceptance of a particular release of Software in the ITN or in the First Field Application shall constitute Acceptance of all copies of such Software to be provided Ordering Company, regardless of when each such copy of such Software is installed on its Designated Processor.
Upon installation completion of the Software in the Integrated Test Network (ITN) or the First Field Application, Ordering Company has the right to conduct an Acceptance Test.
