First Data ISP Plus Contributions Account definition
First Data ISP Plus Contributions Account means the record maintained by the Company for each Participant who has an account balance for the cumulative amount of (a) account balances accumulated under the First Data SISP with respect to ISP Plus Contributions (as defined under the First Data SISP) the liability for which was transferred from the First Data SISP to this Plan, and (b) imputed gains or losses on those amounts accrued as provided in Article IV of the Plan.
