First Commencement Date definition

First Commencement Date means the date of the final prospectus for the Company's initial public offering.
First Commencement Date means the first day of the month in which the First Admission Date occurs.

First Commencement Date means the time of day and the Date when the Drilling Unit has dropped its first anchor at COMPANY's first well location of the Primary Term, with CONTRACTOR's Items available in accordance with Annex A-1 and in good operating condition, as certified by CONTRACTOR, meets all Government regulations, rules, laws, orders and other requirements and, having obtained all relevant approvals and certificates, is in class and ready to commence Operations. This date shall not be before November 1, 1997.
First Commencement Date means the earlier to occur of the CB-4 Commencement Date and the CB-5 Commencement Date.
