First-class welder definition
First-class welder means an employee using electric arc or petrol or coal gas blow pipe on any work other than that of a second, third or fourth class welder as defined.
First-class welder means an employee using electric arc and/or oxy-acetylene equipment in the fabrication and repair of metal products, structures and machines.
