First Class Service definition

First Class Service means a high-quality, well-managed and efficiently operated Concession that is consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and means of a quality equal to or better than the services provided by Concessionaire (or those companies with which it is affiliated) at an airport(s) of the Director's reasonable choice at which it is operating on the Effective Date, but only to the extent that certain elements of Concessionaire's operations at the airport(s) are attractive to the Director.
