First Charter definition

First Charter means First Charter as defined herein and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid that executes and delivers the agreement provided for in this Section 11 or that otherwise becomes bound by the all terms and provisions of this Agreement by operation of law.

  • Executive has no oral representations, understandings or agreements with First Charter or any of its officers, directors or representatives covering the same subject matter as this Agreement.

First Charter means First Charter Corporation In the case of a group of employers that constitute a controlled group of corporations (as defined in Section 414(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended) or that constitutes trades or businesses that are under common control (as defined in Section 414(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended), all such employers shall be considered a single employer.
