You agree that, within 15 days of the date of our offer of a First Call Right to a regularly scheduled network program, you will advise us of your acceptance (if requested to do so by the terms of our offer) or rejection.
Acceptance by you of our offer of a First Call Right shall constitute your agreement to broadcast subject network program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and of our offer to you.
