First Call definition
First Call means the original notification to the funeral director indicating the place of death from which the human remains are to be removed.
First Call means the initial call made by the End User when requesting assistance with Product.

First Call means the first date and time indicated in the notice described in paragraph 5 below for a meeting of Noteholders;

"Support" means the assistance provided by Cisco to Integrator under the terms of this appendix. "Services" mean the Cisco brand Services available for resale by Integrator, which can be found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/. "Technical Support Services" means Services that provide both essential proactive and reactive operation and maintenance support Services identified as Technical Support Services at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/.
First Call has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Stock Purchase Agreement.
