First Batch definition

First Batch means the Schemes planned for the first 5 Gram Panchayats (as hereinafter defined) under the Project;
First Batch means the Goods delivered by the Supplier to the Company pursuant to P.Os set out in Schedule 6 (Acquisition List) under “First Batch” with an aggregate value of euro 94,196,088.
