Members on Sick Leave who attend court during his/her regularly scheduled shift will have his/her Sick Bank compensated as follows: Prosecutor’s Interview ‐ maximum one hour First Appearance ‐ eight hours Subsequent Appearance ‐ six hours The compensation to the Sick Bank will not exceed the number of hours that the Member would regularly be scheduled to work.
