First Appearance definition

First Appearance means the first time that a Player competes during a Tournament. First Appearance in one Event shall apply to all Events within the same Sport Class.

  • Observation in Competition Assessment must take place during First Appearance.

  • If a Protest is made before First Appearance takes place the Athlete must not be permitted to compete until the Protest has been resolved.

  • First Appearance within a Sport Class applies to participation in all Events within the same Sport Class.

  • At the First Appearance Hearing, a Best Interest/Settlement Hearing, Pretrial Conference and Trial will be scheduled for the parents.

  • On court holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the First Appearance docket shall be conducted at 8:30 a.m. only.

  • First Appearance is the first time an Athlete competes in an Event during a Competition in a particular Sport Class.

  • Provided in the case of candidates who pass all the examinations prescribed for the course with a break in the First Appearance due to the reasons as furnished in the Regulations under “Requirements for Proceeding to subsequent Semester” are only eligible for Classification.

  • If an Athlete is required by a Classification Panel to undergo Observation in Competition Assessment, a National Body or a National Paralympic Committee may make a Protest before or after First Appearance takes place.

  • If a Protest is made before First Appearance takes place, the Athlete must not be permitted to compete until the Protest has been resolved.

  • If an individual in custody is charged with additional crimes or the initial charges are otherwise amended, the individual shall be heard on the next First Appearance docket as to the additional crimes or amended charges as required by law or rule of procedure.

  • Appearance means the defendant's physical presence in the adult division of the superior court where the pending charge was filed. Such presence constitutes appearance only if (A) the prosecutor was notified of the presence and (B) the presence is contemporaneously noted on the record under the cause number of the pending charge.

  • poster means a printed notice conveying information intended to be displayed for a temporary period of time and includes but is not limited to a bill, handbill, leaflet, notice, placard and election sign;

  • Monument sign means a freestanding sign having the appearance of a solid base of landscape construction materials such as brick, stucco, stonework, textured wood, tile or textured concrete materials compatible with the materials of the primary structure on the subject property.

  • Monument means a physical structure that occupies the exact position of a corner.

  • Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi-automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).

  • Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.

  • Colorant means any pigment or coloring material used in a consumer product for an aesthetic effect, or to dramatize an ingredient.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • Drug paraphernalia means all equipment, products, and materials of any kind, which are used for injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing a drug into the human body. This includes, but is not limited to, all equipment, products and materials prohibited or controlled by State or Federal laws.

  • Image means the electronic image of the front and back of an Item, in addition to other required information, as specified by us, in the format we specify.

  • Cabinet radiography means industrial radiography conducted in an enclosure or cabinet shielded so that radiation levels at every location on the exterior meet the limitations specified in 641—40.26(136C).

  • Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.

  • Paint means any pigmented liquid, liquefiable, or mastic composition designed for application to a substrate in a thin layer which is converted to an opaque solid film after application and is used for protection, decoration or identification, or to serve some functional purpose such as the filling or concealing of surface irregularities or the modification of light and heat radiation characteristics.

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Lightweight means the displacement of a ship in metric tons without cargo, fuel, lubricating oil, ballast water, fresh water and feed water in tanks, consumable stores, and passengers and crew and their effects.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Space means the volume of gas which a user of a storage facility is entitled to use for the storage of gas;

  • Industrial radiography means an examination of the structure of materials by the nondestructive method of utilizing ionizing radiation to make radiographic images.

  • Canopy sign means a sign attached to or constructed in or on a canopy.

  • Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or recognized by the University for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students in the context of distance education;

  • Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.
