FIRPTA Determination definition
FIRPTA Determination means with respect to any sale, exchange (including a deemed exchange) or other disposition by a Class A Holder of Shares, a determination as to whether the Company is a "United States Real Property Holding Corporation" within the meaning of Section 897 of the Code and the regulations thereunder (or any successor provision).
