Firmware Maintenance Release definition

Firmware Maintenance Release means a set of related or unrelated firmware improvements, bug fixes, and/or error corrections applicable to an Eligible Product that is delivered by Impinj (if and when available) to Customers with a then-current paid-up maintenance/support contract for the applicable Eligible Product. A Firmware Maintenance Release does not include maintenance of any application software that may reside on an Eligible Product or may be hosted on hardware interfacing to an Eligible Product. Impinj reserves the right to price and sell any additional firmware functions or improvements as a separate product.
Firmware Maintenance Release means a set of related or unrelated improvements, bug fixes, and error corrections applicable to the Firmware on an Impinj Reader Product that is (a) designated by Impinj as a ‘Firmware Maintenance Release’ for such Impinj Reader Product, (b) included going forward as part of the standard Firmware on such Impinj Reader Product as factory-configured, and (c) delivered by Impinj to Resellers (for itself or on behalf of End Users) with a then-current paid-up maintenance/support contract for the applicable Impinj Reader Product. A Firmware Maintenance Release does not include maintenance of any application software that may reside on an Impinj Reader Product or may be hosted on hardware interfacing to an Impinj Reader Product. Impinj reserves the right to price and sell any additional firmware, functions or improvements as a separate product.

Related to Firmware Maintenance Release

  • Maintenance Release means any update, upgrade, release or other adaptation or modification of the Software, including any updated Documentation, that Contractor may generally provide to its licensees from time to time during the Term, which may contain, among other things, error corrections, enhancements, improvements or other changes to the user interface, functionality, compatibility, capabilities, performance, efficiency or quality of the Software.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Software Release means any subsequent version of Software that RSA makes generally available to its customers who are current on their Maintenance Services fees but does not mean new Software.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. Furniture maintenance product does not include: dusting aids; wood cleaners, and products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning; and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.
