RMS’ Representative definition
RMS’ Representative means the person holding the position set out in Schedule 1.
RMS’ Representative means the person appointed by RMS and notified to the City in accordance with clause 19.3, provided that such person is suitably qualified to carry out the functions of the RMS Representative under this Agreement, which at the date of this Agreement is the person identified in Item 1. RMS' Employees and Agents means each of RMS' employees, officers, agents, contractors, service suppliers, licensees, invitees and those persons permitted to be on the Works Site (other than the City and the City's Employees and Agents).
