Firm User definition

Firm User means an individual registered at Lloyd’s to use the Software on behalf of a Firm;
Firm User means an individual nominated and registered by a Devolved Administrator to use Atlas;
Firm User has the meaning set out in clause 4.2(a)(i).

Examples of Firm User in a sentence

  • With respect to each Law Firm User that is permitted to file claims by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm hereby acknowledges and agrees that each time a claim is filed by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm reaffirms the representations and warranties set forth in Section 5.5 as provided therein.

  • Verus will provide access to Verus Online only upon entry of the Law Firm User name and password.

  • The Facility will provide access to Trust On-line only upon entry of the Law Firm User name and password.

More Definitions of Firm User

Firm User means an individual user who (i) accesses the Website and/or is permitted to use the Software; and (ii) agreed to these Terms, but specifically excludes Clients. Firm Users may include employees or contractors of the Firm.
Firm User means an End User who is authorised to edit, administer or start Valuation Jobs on behalf of a Firm.
