Firm Placing definition

Firm Placing. ’ means the issue of 243,461,685 New Ordinary Shares to Wellcome Trust and the issue of 20,872,732 New Ordinary Shares to CRUK;
Firm Placing means the firm placing of the Firm Shares described in this announcement;
Firm Placing means the conditional placing by the Joint Bookrunners on behalf of the Company of 24,444,442 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing Agreement;
