Firm Commitment Letter definition
Firm Commitment Letter means the Commitment Letter modified to delete the "due diligence" condition, it being agreed that the inclusion in such modified Commitment Letter of "material adverse change" and other customary conditions and terms will not be treated as "due diligence" conditions.
