Firewall Device definition

Firewall Device means a device to control access across the Data Network to keep ACI’s network secure and used by Vendor to provide firewall management Services as set forth in Exhibit A-7 (Data Network Services) of Schedule A (Statement of Work) of the Agreement. Firewall Device(s) will be identified in Schedule H (Existing Equipment) of the Agreement.
Firewall Device means the equipment, Virtual Machines (where applicable), systems, cabling and facilities provided by GTT in order to make the Firewall Service available to the Client;
