Fires definition

Fires means (i) the Butte Fire, which began on September 9, 2015 in Xxxxxx County, California; (ii) the North Bay Fires, consisting of the various wildfires that ignited in the Utility’s service territory between October 8, 2017 and October 15, 2017 and spread through parts of Northern California, including the areas within the jurisdictions of the Plan Support Public Entities; and (iii) the Camp Fire, which began on November 8, 2018 near Pulga in Butte County, California.
Fires. The Port prohibits open flames or fires on the docks, including charcoal or propane barbecues, cutting torches, welders, or any burning that would constitute a fire hazard. Freestanding grills are not allowed to be used on the docks. A BBQ pit is provided for public use in the plaza area near the marina entrance. If you have received approval to bring your pet, please clean up after your dog prior to departure; otherwise you will incur an additional fee if our cleaners have to do it for you. Allergies: Please let us know at the time of booking if anyone in your party is concerned about allergies. Although guests are not allowed to have pets in most homes, the property owners themselves may keep a pet. Please do not assume that the no pet rule means that the home is allergen-free. Smoking: All Seadrift Realty properties are strictly non-smoking environments. Smoking on the property will result in the forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
