For NON-US customers purchasing from Firebolt Analytics Ireland Ltd.: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England, excluding its rules regarding conflicts of law.
For US customers purchasing from Firebolt Analytics, Inc.: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its rules regarding conflicts of law.

At Client’s cost and expense, Firebolt shall allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections of Firebolt’s, conducted by the controller or another auditor mandated by the controller (who is not a direct or indirect competitor of Firebolt) provided that the parties shall agree on the scope, methodology, timing and conditions of such audits and inspections.
