  • With the exception of payments to be made under the 2004 Fire Service Agreement for the provision of Fire Protection Services for the first half of Fiscal Year 2021-2022 (July 1, 2021-December 31, 2021) consistent with Section 3 of this Agreement, the 2004 Fire Service Agreement will be terminated upon the date that the County Auditor commences payment to the District of property taxes in lieu of vehicle license fees transferred from the City as described in this Agreement.
