Fire Inspection definition

Fire Inspection means an inspection conducted by a person qualified to inspect premises for compliance with the Fire Protection and Prevention Act and employed by the Town of Oakville Fire Department and may include a checklist completed by an applicant regarding fire safety, which is reviewed by Town Fire Prevention staff;
Fire Inspection means a fire inspection conducted in accordance with and as required under the Fire Services Act or this bylaw;
Fire Inspection means an inspection of an individual building and/or property designed to determine if any violations of local fire code ordinances or the Ontario Fire Code are in existence;

  • This Letter of Approval is issued based upon the following documentation provided to the SPONSOR on: If the Certificate of Occupancy, Health and Safety Inspection, or Fire Inspection is temporary, the GOVERNING AUTHORITY shall provide the SPONSOR with the documentation of a permanent or final permit within five (5) business days of receipt from the governmental agency.

  • The minimum requirement to bid a Fire Inspection Bureau OIC position is a current State of Florida Fire Safety Inspector Certification.

  • Employees assigned full-time to Fire Inspection Bureaus who have attained and maintain Fire Prevention Inspector I Certification and NFPA Plan Examiner I Certification will receive an additional pay supplement of 2% above their regular rate of pay.

  • Fire Inspection Bureau OICs will continue to receive the Fire Prevention Inspector pay supplements outlined in Section A.7b, A.7c and A.7d if he/she qualified for and was receiving these pay supplements prior to filling the Bureau OIC position.

  • Fire Inspection Bureau OICs who have attained and maintain State of Florida Fire Safety Inspector II Certification will receive an additional pay supplement of 2% above their regular rate of pay.
