Fintoch App definition
Fintoch App means the enterprise service software (hereinafter referred to as "Product" or "Software") developed by Party B, and "Fintoch App Service" means the online service based on "Fintoch App" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Party B provides "Fintoch App" products and services to Party A in an online manner. The basic functions of the products and services include blockchain wallet management, wallet account management, blockchain coin transfer, digital asset investment, wealth management, etc. Party A knows and agrees that Party B will upgrade, update and repeatedly calculate the products and services based on market conditions and customer feedback.
