FINOVA Financing definition
FINOVA Financing the slab hauler financing transaction whereby FINOVA has provided $9,500,000 to IMS Funding, as evidenced by that certain Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of April 6, 1993, between FINOVA and IMS Funding, as amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
