Fine Pitch definition

Fine Pitch means TCMT, TLS, TCCs, MCMs, MCM Components, or other Packaging-Related material made under or using the Technology which (a) is not High Performance as defined below; and (b) incorporates on an element other than a semiconductor chip, an array of electrical contacts or bumps having a contact pitch that is less than 1.0 millimeter.
