Commercial Paper means, with respect to any Conduit Investor, the promissory notes issued in the commercial paper market by or for the benefit of such Conduit Investor.
Office paper means high grade printing and writing papers from offices in non-residential facilities and properties. Printed white ledger and computer printout are examples of office paper generally accepted as high grade. This term does not include industrial process waste.

Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of Conduit subject to any particular pooling arrangement by Conduit, but excluding Commercial Paper issued by Conduit for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by Conduit.
Commercial Paper Notes means short-term promissory notes issued or to be issued by a Conduit Purchaser to fund its investments in accounts receivable or other financial assets.
