Finder’s Warrant definition
Finder’s Warrant means a non-transferable common share purchase warrant of the Corporation issued to eligible finders as described in subparagraph 2(c) below, each whole Warrant being exercisable into one Warrant Share at a price of $0.40 at any time prior to 4:30 p.m. (Calgary time) on the date that is 12 months from the date of issuance;

Blackstone covenants and agrees that, in connection with the Blackstone Share Consolidation: (i) its 547,590 existing Blackstone Finder’s Warrants will automatically, in accordance with the terms of the Blackstone Finder’s Warrant certificates, consolidate on a 3:1 basis (such Blackstone Finder’s Warrant after giving effect to the Blackstone Finder’s Warrant Consolidation, the “Blackstone Post-Consolidated Financing Finder’s Warrants”).
Each Finder’s Warrant will entitle the Finder to purchase one additional common share of the Company (a “Finder’s Warrant Share”) for a period of one year from closing at $0.50 per Finder’s Warrant Share.
