Financing Statements (AOLI) definition
Financing Statements (AOLI) means the Uniform Commercial Code financing statements to be executed by AOLI, as Debtor, and by Agent Bank, as Secured Party, and filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois and in the Office of the Recorder of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, in order to perfect the security interest granted to Agent Bank on behalf of the Lenders, the Swingline Lender and the L/C Issuer under the Security Agreement (AOLI) and other Security Documentation in accordance with requirements of the Louisiana Uniform Commercial Code, as they may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or restated from time to time.
