FINANCING RESERVE definition
FINANCING RESERVE any cash reserve, escrow or other account held by or on behalf of the Existing Lenders, together with all accrued interest thereon, including the Collection Accounts, Cash Collateral Accounts, Debt Service Payment Sub-Account, Basic Carrying Cost Sub-Account, and Capital Reserve Sub-Account, as such terms are defined in the Existing Financing Documents, but excluding any Security Deposit Reserve.
