Financing Chart definition

Financing Chart as follows: “Interest – an interest accrued by the Lender to the Borrower under terms hereof for the use of the Loan in USD or Tenge at a rate of 15 (fifteen) % per annum. Amount of interest by Loan granted in the form of letters of credit, guarantees and warranties shall be determined in separate agreement entered into between the Lender and Borrower.”
