Financial VDD definition

Financial VDD means the non-confidential financial and accounting vendor due diligence report relating to the Group Novasep Companies as prepared by PWC and delivered to the Purchaser on September 26, 2006 and the confidential financial and accounting vendor due diligence report relating to the Group Novasep Companies as prepared by PWC and delivered to the Purchaser on the date hereof;

  • Financial aid means loans and/or grants to needy students

  • International Financial Reporting Standards means the International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Committee, and as adopted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, as amended from time to time;

  • Financial literacy means personal financial planning and education.

  • Financial Model means the computer model a Proponent has used and which is proposed to become the Financial Model under the Project Agreement in the format specified in Part 2 of Schedule 3 to this RFP;

  • Financial exigency means a condition that requires the bona fide discontinuance or reduction in size of an administrative unit, project, program or curriculum due to the lack of funds available and sufficient to meet current or projected expenditures.
