Financial Reporting Services set forth in Appendix B thereto: • Prepare one monthly report on Form N-PORT beginning June 1, 2018 (or such later date as may be applicable under the Fund’s regulatory requirements) • Prepare one annual report on Form N-CEN beginning June 1, 2018 (or such later date as may be applicable under the Fund’s regulatory requirements)
Financial Reporting Services shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 2a of Schedule 3 hereto.

For the avoidance of doubt, a Financial Reporting Measure need not be presented in the Company’s financial statements or included in a filing with the SEC.

  • Internal control over financial reporting means a process effected by an insurer’s board of directors, management and other personnel designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of the financial statements, i.e., those items specified in Section 5(B)(2) through 5(B)(7) of this regulation and includes those policies and procedures that:

  • International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.

  • Auditing Services means those services within the scope of the practice of a certified public accounting firm licensed under Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy.

  • Audited financial report means and includes those items specified in Section 5 of this regulation.

  • Reporting Service means Bloomberg LP or if that service is not then reporting the relevant information regarding the Common Stock, a comparable reporting service of national reputation selected by a Majority in Interest of the Holders and reasonably acceptable to the Company.

  • Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;

  • financial service supplier means any natural or juridical person of a Party wishing to supply or supplying financial services but the term “financial service supplier” does not include a public entity;

  • Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services. (C) The term "Managerial Responsibilities" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean managerial and supervisory responsibilities and duties that are substantially the same as that Grantee is performing for SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate on the date of this Unit Agreement. (D) The term "SunTrust Affiliate" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean any corporation which is a subsidiary corporation (within the meaning of §424(f) of the Code) of SunTrust except a corporation which has subsidiary corporation status under §424(f) of the Code exclusively as a result of SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate holding stock in such corporation as a fiduciary with respect to any trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship or agency. (E) The term "Territory" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, which are the states and Territories in which SunTrust has significant operations on the date of this Unit Agreement. (F) "Trade Secret" for purposes of Unit Agreement shall mean information, including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, a pattern, a compilation, a program, a device, a method, a technique, a drawing, a process, financial data, financial plans, product plans, or a list of actual or potential customers or suppliers that: (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from it is disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of reasonable efforts by SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate to maintain its secrecy.

  • Internal Controls for districts means processes designed and im- plemented by districts to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives in the following categories:

  • Internal control means a set of systems to ensure that financial and other records are reliable and complete and which ensure adherence to the entity's management policies, the orderly and efficient conduct of the entity, and the proper recording and safeguarding of assets and resources;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • Engineering controls means constructed containment barriers or systems that control one or more of the following: downward migration, infiltration, or seepage of surface runoff or rain; or natural leaching migration of contaminants through the subsurface over time. Examples include caps, engineered bottom barriers, immobilization processes, and vertical barriers.

  • Day reporting means a program of enhanced supervision

  • Accounting system means the Contractor's system or systems for accounting methods, procedures, and controls established to gather, record, classify, analyze, summarize, interpret, and present accurate and timely financial data for reporting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and management decisions, and may include subsystems for specific areas such as indirect and other direct costs, compensation, billing, labor, and general information technology.

  • Financial Records means any document or summary of information contained in a document, including electronic documents, that contains information about the financial activities or position of a person including, but not limited to, information about the assets, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow, earnings, revenue, expenditures, income, investments, losses, liabilities, payroll, profits, retained earnings, or taxes.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
