Financial Criteria definition

Financial Criteria means the minimum annual turnover criteria and other requirements mentioned in the ‘Eligibility & Pre-qualification Criteria’. Financial criteria shall be applied in respect of bidding entity and not of the group where bidder is a part of group.
Financial Criteria means financial criteria as specified in the Clause 5.1 of this E- Auction Process Information Document;

Examples of Financial Criteria in a sentence

  • At each stage, ARTC will advise the RCG of its intention as to whether it agrees to fund the next stage (or any increase in Project Costs during project implementation) having regard to the Financial Criteria.

  • If ARTC elects not to fund a Project in whole or in part, ARTC will provide written reasons why the Financial Criteria are not satisfied to the RCG and, if applicable, the Applicant who has initiated the Project.

Financial Criteria means the set of rules governing gross and net income and resource standards and the proper methods for computing a household’s income and resources.
