Commercial Offer definition

Commercial Offer means the document or set of documents signed by KUNAK and the Customer covering the particular terms governing the commercial relationship entered into both parties, including prices and payment, taxes, currency, certifications and shipping conditions.
Commercial Offer means Cover 3 submitted by the Bidder as part of RFP submissions.

More Definitions of Commercial Offer

Commercial Offer means the offer provided by Seller to Customer with the commercial, technical and financial terms applicable to the supply of certain Products and/or Services, by reference to the CSC as the case may be. Commercial Offer even signed by the Seller and the Customer cannot be considered as a Specific Agreement as defined below.
